Here at Concord Honda, we certainly realize that our role in the community extends well beyond selling new Honda cars. It's for that reason we take tremendous pride in lending our support to such a worthy cause like the Food Bank of Contra Costa & Solano!
We're proud to say that our Food Drive on June 1st was an overwhelming success. With your help, we collected an astonishing 535 pounds of food for those in need around Concord, CA and the entire San Francisco Bay Area. According to the Food Bank, the amount of donated food equates to 446 meals for children and families.
As a member of Feeding America, the Food Bank serves 190,000 people each month while distributing over 70, 000 pounds of food every day. We're honored to play just a small role in feeding the hungry in the Bay Area community. We look forward to many more successful food drives in the near future!
