Over at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, there are a lot of amazing vehicles like you'd expect: new sedans and trucks and SUVs from all automakers. But, in some corners of the show floor, there are crazy concepts that have blown out minds and the Honda Project 2&4 Concept is our favorite! This little vehicle is more go-kart than car, with one seat, no windshield, and a 999cc V4 engine that can kick out 215 horsepower.
